1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tk9 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the website at tk9.today, or using any feature of the tk9 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, slots, live dealer tables, and payment services — you irrevocably accept and agree to this Agreement in full.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access or register on the platform, whichever occurs earlier. Your continued use of tk9 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. • Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. tk9 does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Access to tk9 in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at your own legal risk.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active tk9 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on tk9 or any associated platform.

tk9 reserves the right to decline account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on tk9, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to the following obligations in connection with your account:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and any payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk9 is required to verify the identity of account holders. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identification Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. Withdrawal processing will not be completed until KYC verification is approved.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your tk9 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your account. tk9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including but not limited to:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with other services
• Not disclosing your login details to any third party
• Logging out from shared or public devices after each session
• Notifying tk9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access

tk9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. tk9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk9 does not apply internal currency conversion charges. The amount deposited is the amount credited to your account, subject to any applicable minimum deposit thresholds.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly for mobile financial service transactions. tk9 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit it deems suspicious or in violation of this Agreement.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated where a bonus is attached to the withdrawable balance.
• tk9 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• tk9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures. All transactions are monitored. tk9 reserves the right to block, freeze, or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with unlawful activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tk9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of the bonus, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tk9 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the relevant game rules. tk9 is not responsible for losses arising from a failure to understand applicable game rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering. tk9 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tk9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. No further compensation will be payable. If tk9 erroneously credits winnings to an account due to a software or human error, those funds remain the property of tk9 and must be returned. tk9 may deduct the erroneously credited amount from the account without prior notice.

7.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to current market availability and connection speed. tk9 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tk9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using tk9 if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software, systems, or security measures
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage tk9's reputation or business interests
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk9 staff or other players via any support channel

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, databases, and other materials made available through tk9 (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of tk9 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of tk9. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gaming activity (wins and losses are inherent to gambling)
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond tk9's reasonable control
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions of third-party game providers in respect of game outcomes or RTP performance

tk9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your tk9 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

tk9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to tk9's operating jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact tk9's support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for tk9 to attempt an informal resolution. tk9 takes all player complaints seriously and will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
